Sounds like: HAHA okay I'm imagining Ducky from Pretty In Pink! He sounds like that, but he fancies himself a smooth talker and its pretty sassy when he needs to beee!
Accent?: Nothing noticeable except he talks a lot and really really fast and it can be really hard to read sometimes because he uses run on sentences a lot and doesn't take time to breathe in between words like a normal human really really really should (INHALE)

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Height: 5'8
Weight: 135lbs
Figure/build: Thin hips + sharp shoulders! Big hands small feet.
Hair colour: Super light blonde that's mostly white in some areas! 
Hairstyle: I didn't do a good job showing this in his picture but he's actually mostly bald!! It's similar to this but parted a bit differently! Next time I'll try to show the back of his head but there's no hair back there!
Eye colour: Reddish pinkish!
Skin/fur/etc colour: Heee's actually albino!! Albinism is a genetic mutation in which the pigments that usually attribute to color of the skin, eyes and hair is not present at birth! As a result, his skin is essentially colorless (I add a little blush to his cheeks though anyway ) Sadly, this means he is SUPER EASILY burnt when he is in contact with sunlight, so he covers his arms legs, neck and ankles with clothing all the time. Hence the weird school outfit C:
Tattoos: YES actually! He has two tattoos of the evil eye on his middle fingers, between the first joint and the knuckle. 
Piercings: A normal piercing plus a tragus on each ear C:
Scars/distinguishing marks/makeup: Prominent lower lashes! Plus being albino! Hahah He uses coverup to hide the acne he gets!
Preferred style of clothing: He has to be covered head to toe, so he actually predominately wears white because it's the coolest color to wear and he doesn't overheat! Unlike a cErTaIn halloween resident, he doesn't wear that coat often! Otherwise he wears big sweaters and ponchos, and always has a hood to pull over his head if he has to go outside. I call it "Black and white emo thrift shop" galore! He loves the slouchy dude boots too man. Also those may or may not be tights too
Frequently worn jewelry: Just a ton. Usually in the form of odd and weird rings (and a ton of them) on every finger but his middle one. He wears a ton of charms and the like that mean different things. The earring in his left ear is actually a dream catcher!

Any physical ailments/illnesses/disabilities: Super sensitive to sunlight! Other than that, he has ~magical boy acne~ which entails random happenings when they pop (so gross but so MAGIC).
Any medication regularly taken: He tries to mix his own acne medication with magic potions and 99.9% of the time it makes it worse!

PERSONALITY

Personality: While he can be sassy and snarky, he's a genuine friendly guy! He's naturally extroverted and really craves other peoples' company, and sometimes will go out of his way to get his fill for people! While he cares a lot for people around him, he fails at "wordly" things, such as school and working, because he just doesn't care. He's also very paranoid when it comes to things he doesn't know about, because he prides himself on knowing a lot of things!
Likes: Hanging out with friends, witty comebacks, collecting jewelry, getting a spell or potion just right , petting his monkey, smoking hookah, listening to music, reading, studying, girls with nice legs
Dislikes: Messing up, when potions explode and then smell really terrible, acne, work in most forms, overheating in clothes, wearing shoes, when he looses jewelry, having to wear uniforms in school, not being able to express himselffff!
Fears/phobias: VOODOO. Actually, he really is! He can sense magic that radiates from other people, and he can express it as "Light magic" (Most Christmas stuff, something with good intentions: healing, future tellings, potions for the most part,e ct) and "Dark Magic" (Most Halloween stuff: LIGHTING FIRES IN THE HALLWAY) the latter scares him and he doesn't know exactly what is does, so he calls it voodoo! He's also really scared of messing up with his magic again.

Hobbies: Hanging out with Wren, potion making, taking care of his mother and monkey, smokin' hookah, listening to the cure and getting really emotional, ect ect ect

Talents/skills: Light magic!! He has the capacity to do Dark magic, but it scares him so he usually limits himself to potion making and innocent parlor tricks! Every once and while he'll stop out of the box, but he usually regrets it later.

Are parents alive or dead? Alive and unknown!
Is the character still in contact with their parents? Yes! His mother is a strong and great witch who is well known throughout the town, but she is magic-sick!! It's essentially a sickness only caught by magic beings, and employs their magical prowess beyond their control! I.e, she sneezes and turns into a lion, ect ect! There's a variety of the cases, but she has is really bad, and has had it bad. Three years ago Alec had to take up their shop, and begun taking care of her. He doesn't mind, but he just isn't nearly as good at it as she was.

Pets: He actually has a familiar!! It's a baby albino monkey named Kicks, after he was grossed out by the idea that Wren and Alec never wear shoes. Kicks only fears two things, snakes and bare feet. Alec refers to him as "Mon-key-Amie!"

Enemies: No one! Just the creep who bought his love potion, see below!

BACKSTORY

-Alec lived a fairly normal life in Halloween town until he was 13! His mother used to own their family potion shop and they did quite well, but she was inflicted with magic sick! She no longer can control her strong magic powers and is bedridden, so Alec now takes over the family shop!! Sadly, he just isn't very good at ...working!

You've actually heard of Alec before, most likely! Recently, he was commissioned to make a transformation spell by a weary, angry man. Assuming he was also from HalloweenTown and planned to use it on himself, he didn't think much of it until he met a certain swan on his doorstep later that night!! Terrified, he took her in and tried his best to think of something, but was at a loss. Upon her waking, he apologized profusely and the two dove into research. While he did succeed in making her a swan maiden and part time human, he still feels immensely guilty for seeing this happen to her, and cut the type of spells he made to only innocent ones.


However, those were the only ones he managed to actually sell, and now his business is suffering. Stressed with the burden of working, taking care of his mother and himself, and the lack of friends he had (He'd never admit that!), he decided maybe following Wren into this academy thing was worth a try. 

EXTRA~
-He'S TERRIFIED OF HAAR. Haar's magic gives him MASSIVE "voodoo vibes," so he avoids the Halloween class at any cost. 95% of the time he's in Sally's classroom trying to sneak a seat next to Wren.
-The other 5% is him wandering around the hallway not actually doing schoolwork omg
-CRAZY superstitious! Every bead or piece of jewelry he has on his person is to either give him good luck or ward evil off. The evil eye tattoos are supposed to do both!
-Kicks wears converse
-If you want him to pick up certain magic things about your character, let me know~! Alec can sense magic potential. (your 'power' stat!! And also the type of magic you use! Generally, dark magic has bad intentions or COULD, and light magic has good intentions OR COULD. I'll try not to make any guesses without talking to anyone first!) 
-He's really sensitive to strong, dark magic though so he will probably be scared of characters using that! (That would include Haar, probably Crispin, Gil, and maybe Eris, if I had to guess!) He can always sense things wrong though!!!
-He has two theme songs!! The first is Magic by Coldplay and the second is Fragile Bird by City and Colour!
